A capital project transformed the hillside overlooking the Central College soccer field into stadium seating prior to the 2014 season. The field debuted in 2005 and features underground irrigation.

"I can't tell you how truly fortunate we are to have a field like this," men's coach Garry Laidlaw said. "It's as good as any Division III field in the country. It's immaculate. It's a nice even surface, it's cut short and it plays fairly quick. The players are very impressed."

"Central has some of the best game and practice fields in the Midwest and the quality of facilities rivals a lot of Division I programs," said women's coach Mike Kobylinski. "The environment we train and play in is seldom matched."

Long-range future plans for the field include an entry plaza, covered seating and lighting.

The Dutch also have access to multiple practice fields and the FieldTurf playing surface in Ron and Joyce Schipper Stadium.
