Zavod imeni Likhachyova (ZiL) produced limousines for Soviet government officials, and the 41045 model was a revised version of the 4104 that was produced from 1983-1985. This example is finished in black and exterior details are comprised of a ZiL hood ornament, headlight wipers, chrome bumpers and lower body trim, body-color wheel arches, a laminated windshield, tinted triple-laminated windows, ZiL-logo rear mudguards, and dual exhaust outlets. An interior emergency switch activates a siren and flashing of the headlights, taillights, and red lights mounted behind the grille.

Polished 16″ wheels are mounted with older 245/70 Michelin 4×4 Synchrone tires, and a studded Granit spare is stored in the trunk. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes with two calipers per disc, and the braking system was overhauled in 2022.
