Confusion_TPA3116_LC Filter Design

Dea all,

I get confusions in LC filter design for TPA3116/8 (Load = 8 ohm), from it's Data Sheet

It is 13uH + 0.68uf.

But when I study the Document "Class-D LC Filter Design"SLOA119A, seems 10uH + 0.68uf is not the Good Choice.

Please help and give me recomendations, thanks very much !

    The THD+N also mainly affected by inductor's rated current and inductor type. I suggest you mainly focus on the Q of the filter which this document has described. Do you have TI TINA installed in your computer, you can run some simulation by yourself. Remember the speaker's equal module can be simply considered as a 'Inductor + DC resistor'
