In the months of May and June the Weigela Florida Variegata produces these stunning clusters of funnel like rosey pink flowers which are produced on these graceful arching stems. Plant in a sheltered location, suited to almost any location of the garden and garden schemes! A perfect all round garden plant!
Weigela Florida Variegata care
A fantastic low maintenance shrub which thrives in moist well drained soils and sunny, partially shaded areas of the garden. Generally disease free and requiring minimal pruning. We would recommend to prune in mid summer removing small amounts of stems at the bases. When planted be sure to use a good general purpose fertilizer to encourage growth and some good quality garden compost at the base.
