Introduced before WWII, the Panzer IV stayed in production right up until the end of hostilities. The vehicle proved to be Germany's most numerous and versatile tank during WWII. The Jagdpanzer IV L/70(A) conversion took a Pz. IV H chassis with a modified superstructure and the long-barreled 75mm L70 gun to create an effective interim tank destroyer. This boxing of Border's Jagdpanzer IV L/70(A) represents the last production variant before the standardized superstructure was introduced.
