Delivery time generally takes around 3-7 business days, which depends on where you live. You will receive a shipping confirmation email after the order ships out, including the shipped item, tracking number, shipping carrier, and shipping address.
Charging the battery from empty to full usually takes 8 hours for Lacros Thunder and Lacros Cyclone, and 6 hours for Lacros Pinecone.
In rare cases, it may take longer, especially when the bike is new or after extended storage, to allow the battery management system to balance the battery.
