Supermodel, television personality and entrepreneur Tyra Banks rang in her 50th birthday on Dec. 4, and celebrated the occasion by sharing some sage wisdom with her fans.

On Monday, the SI Swimsuit legend shared a carousel of Instagram photos clad in a cozy gray bath robe, complete with a Photoshopped cake placed on a table in front of her. In her caption, Banks mused on her personal and professional growth over the years and also provided some incredible advice: don’t be afraid to pivot.

“Wise words from Auntie TyTy: You don’t have to stay stuck,” she wrote. “You can start off doing one thing, and as the years go by, you switch that ish up. ➰Yeah, I started in the fashion world and did the whole magazine covers, catwalks and couture 💄 thing and more but I have pivoted, baby. Again. You can 2. Can’t stop. Won’t stop. You hear me?!”

Banks ended by encouraging her 7.3 million followers to dream big in the New Year ahead. And while plenty of fans chimed in to the comments section to wish her a happy birthday, others teased Banks for the sweet treat that was (admittedly) edited in to the photos.

“Happy Birthday to a Icon Love you so much❤️,” SI Swimsuit model Leyna Bloom wrote.

“Happy Birthday Queen!🎉,” model Mamé Adjei cheered. “You are forever our inspiration. What a beautiful legacy you’ve built already!? Thank you for the love you’ve continually shown. Can’t wait to see what more is in store for you ❤️❤️.”

“Is the cake supposed to be photoshopped in?” one person inquired. “It’s bothering me 😂.”

“But why is the cake edited in,” someone else asked.
