      Dr. Joseph is the best to ever do it in my opinion. As a healthcare worker who works hand and hand with physicians, I can tell you guys she's meticulous about her work. Honest and also wants you to be happy/healthy!

      I'll also add how awesome the hygienist and dental assistants are as well. Personable and knowledgeable across the board. They reconstructed my smile and I couldn't be happier!

      A week after the new smile, i had an incident where one impression fell out. This was the first time in my life where I felt as if the new teeth looked worse than the old. Sent a text, got me in the next day and now I can make my friends wedding on Saturday!

      greedy dentist who messed up my teeth. Recommended 5 fillings to me, but when I went to 2 other dentists to get a second opinion, they never mentioned those 5 cavities/fillings needed. They are just making up cavities to have you pay more.

      I got one filling from Delta bay dental that kept hurting after I got it, went back a few times and they shaved it down but it didn't fix the issue. I went to a different dentist to try and fix that filling and the dentist told me I didn't even have a cavity in that tooth to begin with. So now that tooth is still causing me problems, and I wish I never went here at all. Also, during the procedure with Delta bay dental, she decided to just shave down a past filling without telling me. She only told me after the fact "I noticed one of your old fillings was a little high so I shaved it down for you." but it changed my bite afterwards. I wish she told me before she did this.

      What kind of business would recommend a patient to come in even if they may have COVID?? And if they don't come in, they will charge you $50...

      This is what happened to me. We called the dental office the morning of my afternoon appointment to tell them I was too sick to come in. They said a missed appointment fee of $50 would be charged. When we questioned the charge, they said everyone wears masks except during the exam and the cleaning so it's ok to still come in to avoid the charge. We were floored! We told them that we would not risk infecting their staff and other patients even if we had to pay.

      How irresponsible and unethical that a business would put money over patient and staff health.

      They still charged me the fee (which I paid) however I am no longer a client and the people that referred me are also changing dentists, as well. They figured if they told 1 sick person to come in, they tell everyone the same.

      By the way, I did end up testing positive for COVID. Thank goodness I did not listen to their advice and had the ability to pay the fee.

      Best dentist I have been to in years. Been going here 2+ years now. They have a great new office which feels like a fancy clean hotel when you walk in. State of the art facility with amenities you wouldn't expect from your dentist. They even work Saturdays which is good with my busy schedule. I recommend them to every one

      Positives: Dr. Tane Rontal, & Christine hygienist are: friendly, excellent and top notch!

      Why 2 stars? I called six months prior. I have four kids plus my husband & myself we have delta dental insurance (in network insurance). We moved and I needed to make sure our cleaning was covered before picking a dental office. - I called & spoke with Margaret at the front desk: initially very nice and said she would look into it, and called me back later that week which she did. She assured me not to worry, and that they take my insurance, the cleanings would be covered so I made an appointment for myself and the kids several months out.

      Fast forward February 15th, 2023 we anll get our teeth cleaned and then the bill! I wanted to pass out. Now Adriana the front desk unapologetically let me know our insurance is out of network, and only covered a small percent.
      Why am I being told this now?! After double checking 6 months prior! This included my husband's cleaning and teeth removal, ours cleanings an and 520 for a night guard which I was told I needed. Money. The grand total was was over $1000! it would've been even more and acted like they were doing us a favor. Even though initially I was told everything would be covered.
      Unfortunately That's not where it ended
      Adriana at the front desk told me it would cost $520 and I had to pay upfront, (which I did). I received an invoice in the mail from my insurance which covered $108 total me owing $411 not 520 I went back to Delta dental on 3/14/23 spoke with Adriana again. She told me she cannot refund me. It has to come from the office manager, Erin and that she's out. I waited...I had my appointment...I waited some more....I politely asked to speak with the office manager again that I am told she is in a meeting... I said "if we owe money on our account, my husband is home I just spoke with him and he is happy to pay the remainder and for the cleaning however the overcharge refunded to my credit card the $108. Adriana argued, ignored basically didn't care. Said that they gave us a discount on the cleaning, and they were refused to refund my money!!!

      In addition, the last time I came in on 2/28/23 Adriana kept me at the front desk for over 25 minutes telling me the only time I could come in to pick up my mouth guard in the next 4 weeks was it 8:30 am. I said I cannot because I take my kids to school. I called her back on the phone this time I was on the phone another 20 minutes. She said she would call me back and see what she could do. She never called me back. I called back for a third time. Luickly someone else at the front desk picked up and scheduled me within 2 minutes, thank goodness I did not speak with Adriana for a fourth time.

      I came to the office 3 times 2/15/23, 2/28/23 3/14/23 cleaning, mouth, and fitting Erin office manager was "out of office" or "in a meeting." Each time I politely requested to speak to her,
      I also left my cell phone and callback number . I tried calling back and spoke to Adriana several times who was not helpful... :-( ... still waiting for a callback from the manager

      Will be changing dentists after my recent experience dealing with the office staff. I've been going here for years and the hygienists and dentist have always been great, but the quality of their office staff as gone downhill. I called because I was stuck in nose to bumper traffic getting to the appointment and I knew I wasn't going to get there in time so I needed to reschedule. This girl said I had to pay a $50 fee to reschedule and it didn't matter what the circumstances were. It wasn't even just that, but she wasn't even nice about it. Just incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional in how she spoke to me. Then to add insult to injury, after I told her to cancel all future appointments for me and the rest of my family, she sent me a bill in the mail for the $50. I hope they realize that front desk is the face of their business and if that's how they treat their patients, it's easy to assume that the rest of the staff is probably careless too.

      So incompetent. Sadly, they only care about money and not their patients. It's lovely to receive a bill six months after the fact; conveniently after I stopped being a patient there. Also, if you have to miss an appointment even for an emergency they love to charge you $50. They are in the business of making money. The lack of customer service speaks volumes.
