We have been coming here for years now and this review is long overdue. My son has celebrated birthday here with his friends, and competes in monthly GP races. I have to praise Mark the manager and Andrea worker, but I have nothing but good things to say about entire team.

They coach my son and have improved his skills significantly. Great place with great people.

Race itself was ok but have couple of constructive feedback about the staffs.
      1. The lady in the front was rude and provided inaccurate information. She was keep on acting like she wasn't understanding what I was saying and gave us unfriendly facial expressions and tone of voice. In addition, we purchased the race at 3pm and she told us that it's going to be 2 hour and 30 min wait. We came back around 4:30 pm, and our names were called in about 5 min. We almost lost our place.
      2. During the last race, this one reckless driver ran into my daughter and her cart turned and her helmet fell off. I found out later that one of the staffs told my daughter it was her fault because she didn't slow down at the corner and straight ran into the wall which totally wrong. The staffs don't even pay attention to the race chatting with each other and ended up blaming on someone else.
They need to train and monitor their staffs better.

I recently visited K1 Speed and was thoroughly disappointed with the overall experience, particularly the abysmal customer service. Despite being promised a quick meal, the food took approximately 1 hour to an 1.5 hours to bring the food despite being one of the least busiest times.

During our visit to K1 Speed, we encountered another disappointment when we returned from racing to find that our leftover food had been cleaned up, despite being assured by the staff that it would be left for us to enjoy after our session. This lack of consistency in service further added to our frustration and left us feeling unappreciated as customers.

To make matters worse, when I approached the manager about removed food and beverages, they blatantly lied about the situation, showing a complete lack of accountability. Based on this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone to visit this location.

While the racing experience at K1 Speed was satisfactory, I was dismayed by the lack of track etiquette observed by some patrons. Throughout the session, adults were recklessly running people off the track, creating a safety hazard and detracting from the overall enjoyment of the experience. It's disappointing that such behavior was not adequately managed by the staff.

      Would not recommend...

The experience it's nice if we talk about the racing but when it comes to the staff I think all of them had a bad day. Starting with the girl in the front I think her name is Jennifer. We signed up I stated it was our first time and did not explain anything, we were trying to find our way and see how it worked so we approached the guys operating the carts and gave us attitude even after stating again it was our first time there. They made us feel dumb for not knowing how things worked, and to be fair we did read the instructions online before visiting but one thing is knowing what to expect and another is being there in person trying to find your way.
At one point I accidentally spun out and I was trying to get my cart back to the race and one of the guy kept saying I couldn't be doing that, that's not allowed( but it was an accident), after making me feel bad and repeatedly share my mistake to his coworker I continued my race and decided to let that ruin the fun.
After the race was over we got our belongings and since that was our last race me and my bf decided to take a picture with our helmets (since we had to return them before exiting the track) one of the guy yelled at us infront of everyone saying "this is not a photo shoot area you can't be taking pictures " I would understand if we were blocking the track or something but we were on the area where we get our belongings clearly not in the middle of anything. We quickly got our stuff and returned the helmets. After our time there we should we talking about how the race went but all we were talking about was about the bad attitude of the staff, there was only one guy that was nice to us and was willing to help us out, other than that the rest were just rude and kept complaining about being there with comments like " I just gotta survive my shift until 5". We won't be back there, I hope other locations have better service than that because it's not a cheap experience.

Racing was fun but, the food was awful. You can get better eats in a dumpster. So gross. I will never eat the food again. I don't even think kids would eat it either. Great racing and the track is one of the best.

I came here for my first time with a group for a birthday event. It was all of our first times and we were nervous, but it turned out super fun!

For private events, they gave us time slots where our party were the only ones on the track, so that was nice. Once we were called up, they gave us some instructions and had us put our bags in a cubby and gear up with helmets. It was honestly kind of hard to hear the instructions, but use your best judgement and be safe.

Our group signed up for 2 races for $50 per person, which was the perfect amount. The first race is 12 laps, which is more of a practice and they let people safely pass each other. But the second race is 14 laps with no rules, which I found to be much more fun. Once you finish, they have your results printed out for you too.

I left this place with such an adrenaline rush from the driving. Definitely recommend for everyone to try at least once.

      Time to race.

Absolutely disappointed, never going again. Lost my customer service.

To my unfortunate surprise, they gave my thirteen year old daughter a booster seat and petals. She claimed the seat belt was too tight and her legs were cramped, my daughter looked like she kept vibrating whenever she drove and turned her kart. I want a refund.

Lots of mixed reviews on this place so I'll share how our group has a fantastic experience here.

First, you'll want a large group so no one else can join. We had 9 adults and made a reservation on a Saturday afternoon. We didn't have to wait to get on the track and didn't have any randoms. Highly recommend this step!

These carts are electric which is awesome not a lot of noise or exhaust in your face like in the old days. They also provide you with a face cover to cover you inside the helmet. This place isn't cheap so you'll want to make sure you stack the deck in your favor and be with your friends to get your moneys worth. The carts are decently fast. Something to note is not all carts drive the same I noticed the steering and handling varied on the cart.

We bought the 3 race package. The first two were time based, best lap time wins. Ideally you want to space out so you don't have to run into people and can run at your own pace. The last race was was an actual race! They let us pass freely and it was a ton of fun--granted we did have a full group of adults so let let us go at it.

Overall I had a blast and at the end they have a podium and hand out trophies!!! I got second so easy to say I had a great time!

Tips: How to win your race! If it's based on best lap try to isolate yourself you don't want to be by anyone since it doesn't matter the order you finish, only your best lap matters. The staff can see if you know how to drive or not based on your lines and will make less skilled drivers let you pass. There's no need for any contact here ideally you're able to sprint at your own pace I honestly would have been faster if I didn't have to slow down to avoid hitting friends. For an actual race, watch Nascar or F1, protect the inside lane to block passing and hit your lines. The cart gives you feedback and skips when you're cornering too fast so you can adjust your speed each lap. The brakes don't antilock so you'll likely spin out if you press and hold... don't do that. There's two hairpin turns which will force you to slow down hit your line and try not to brake on these.

2nd place and best lap time!

$50 for 2 rides, annual membership required. Each race is about 12 laps, which takes maybe 15 or so minutes to finish. Pretty well run and organized, just a bit costly. Staff is helpful and focused on the riders, which I appreciated. Many safety precautions in place to make sure the experience is safe and fun. We waited about 20 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Not bad at all!
