Just getting started

Feels like its going to work, Needs better instructions on setting up I believe. I will review as I progress. Only have used it 2 days. Definitely a workout

So far so good.

I have not had it long, but am enjoying the process. I do like that you can swing both directions. Honestly like swinging with my opposite hand more because I makes my back feel better.
I have swung at least 4 times a week since I got it. Made it through the 20 lb band and just started working the 30. I can see it building a stronger base to swing from. Definitely builds heat getting 50 swings in!

Follow the instructions

Initially when I reviewed it I was so excited I just soaked it on and started swinging. The bands did their job but I didn't realize I was wearing the glove wrong. Mario reached out to me and made me realize my mistakes. Top notch product and customer service.

Work in progress

Love the idea and the concept. However, there has to be a better training plan than what indifferent for free and for the cost of PH you would think you wouldn’t have to pay for an additional training plan subscription.

Gloves- measured hand and went by chart. Glove is tight and can become uncomfortable midway through session.
