Sustainable timber construction

Timber Town, a visionary residential project that combines sustainability and modern living spaces in perfect harmony, is located in the heart of Straubing. There are non-public bicycle rooms in our buildings to which only residents have access.

Yes, the rental agreement includes an index-linked rent. The rent level is determined by the price index for the standard of living for all private households in Germany as calculated by the Federal Statistical Office.

The deposit is transferred to an account of the landlord that is protected against seizure in accordance with Section 551 (2) BGB. Alternatively, a bank guarantee can be provided by a bank in the Federal Republic of Germany.

The keeping of pets is decided on a case-by-case basis and requires the corresponding approval of the owner as well as an individual pet keeping agreement.

Over 100 parking spaces are available in the building’s own underground garage. Parking spaces are provided for the apartments with 3 and 4 rooms, but are not obligatory to rent. The remaining parking spaces are rented on a first come, first served basis.

The rent for a parking space is EUR 45 plus an advance payment of € 23.00 for operating costs.

The minimum rental period for our flexible furnished apartments in building section E is 6 months. In our unfurnished residential units in building section C and D, the minimum rental period is 12 months. The lease can be terminated at the end of the minimum lease term if the tenant terminates the lease three months before the end of the minimum lease term.

The deposit is three net monthly rents (the net monthly rent plus ancillary costs is shown in the rental agreement). There are no processing or agency fees.

There is a storage room in the basement for all apartments.

During the leasing process, you will be supported by Robert Decker Immobilien. Once the lease has been signed, HOME IV, as property manager, is your contact for all matters relating to your rental agreement. relationship.
