Nébih: the trappist cheeses met the food safety standards
All trappist cheeses tested by the National Food Chain Management Agency (Nébih) complied with the food safety considerations. Only minor deficiencies found especially nutrition labeling – the agency told MTI on Tuesday.
The Nébih within its product test examined 26 trappist cheese products, including lactose content, among others in case of 5 cheese products.
On the basis of the checks and calculations carried out, each product had the appropriate indication of fat on the packaging and the classification of the stock characteristics, such as semi-hard. (MTI)
