This book has so much information. I got a clear understanding of the wheat belly diet and I know many ways to stay healthy. The recipes are amazing and I especially liked the dessert section. It's nice to have some recipes for sweet treats even when you are on a diet. I would definitely recommend this book for anyone looking to know about the wheat belly diet.

What I really like is the lists of food of what can be consumed and what cannot be consumed on a Wheat Belly Diet along with rest of the FAQ are wonderfully detailed. Although this is a box set of two different recipe books but they complement each other. I have been interested in slow cooker dishes so I will be trying out some of the recipes myself.

Everyone has heard the saying, "we are what we eat". This book is the essential guide to losing the weight one wants but also be healthy and avoid the unhealthy gluten products which are a menace for our organisms poisoning us from the inside out. There are a wide variety of simple ways to cook without wheat gluten and some of the recipes i tried are delicious. Highly recommended!

Buyer beware!!! Can’t see how the author Mr Web got away with using Dr William Davies book title Wheat Belly!!!! This is NOT written by Dr Davies and also completely strays from his medical facts and recommendations.

I'm glad to add this book in my collection. Wheat products are all around us and it's not easy to say "no" to them so I'll start slow with my wheat-free diet. What this book says about the glitches of eating wheat-filled foods make sense, and it is tempting to know that the Wheat Belly Diet can make you lose 3-5 lbs a week! I've tried preparing some of the foods in the book, they're fast and worry-free to cook. If you're a beginner chef in your home, this book is a fantastic kitchen companion. Check this book out to improve your healthy cooking and healthy eating program.

I bought this originally for the gluten-free slow cooker recipes, but both turned out being great for my lifestyle. Usually I'm on the run all day, so its great having something cooking in the slow cooker, when I'm doing daily errands. I really enjoy a few of the recipes, which makes me feel even better about not having to cook every night. Id say for anybody who lives a busy lifestyle, this book is well worth the price.

Fantastic Read! I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book, I have been considering a Wheat free diet for quite sometime and now have the tools in place to do it! I especially love the recipes in this book and have already made a few of them. The use of spices has been a new adventure, one I am very glad I have taken. My favorite recipe so far is the Fiery chicken!! Delicious.

This is good for me since I got this boxset in a valuable price. And since I wanted to lose weight quick and easy , I decided to download this book to help me on the process. There's good recipes to help me keep going with my goals and I can't wait to try each of them . All are easy to prepare and very comprehensible!

Not eating wheat products anymore due to the explosion of information on the topic and I really see thediffernce for myself and for every member of my family. Thank you for this excellent information. When I do have even one bite of bread, I can see the correlation between that bite and how my body feels and functions afterward. Maybe doesn't affect everyone but I expect the majority of humanity is beng affected by the toxins in our current grain products so if you are not 'feeling well' consider this information. It might be the solution.

Save your money. It's not two books as shown in the description. It's one paperback, cheaply produced, that includes both books. I didn't realize it wasn't written by William Davis ... my mistake.
