Actor Courteney Cox has majorly slimmed down her real estate portfolio. The Friends star just sold her remaining 25th-floor unit in the coveted Sierra Towers building in the Hollywood Hills for $4.5 million, according to Dirt. The prominent structure, which is far and away the tallest building in the area, has a serious celebrity pedigree and was designed by midcentury modern architect Jack A. Charney in 1965.

The buyer of the two-bedroom and two-bathroom dwelling is the Homecourt founder’s next-door neighbor, socialite Angelique Soave. Two years ago, Soave also paid $2.9 million for the Scream actor’s adjacent one-bedroom condo. Now that Cox has sold off both of her units to Soave, the socialite owns half of the illustrious building’s 25th floor.

Since both deals were made off-market, details are slim on the home’s interior. However, records show that the dwelling spans 1,725 square feet and is certain to boast an enviable view, considering its height and its location right above the Sunset Strip, situated between Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. Building amenities include a gym, an outdoor pool, and round-the-clock security and concierge services.

Cox bought the unit way back in 2011 for $2.1 million, meaning she spent over a decade in the star-studded building, where her Friends co-star Matthew Perry, Sandra Bullock, and Cher have previously resided and celebrities like Adam Sandler and Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne still own units.

The actor previously also owned a midcentury Beverly Hills house, but that went to her ex-husband, fellow actor David Arquette, following their 2013 divorce. The only known property that Cox still maintains is a scenic ocean-view Malibu estate that she doesn’t seem to plan on getting rid of any time soon. "This is a house I’ll never move from—it really is so special to me," the actress told AD during a tour of that property in 2017.
