Chamaecyparis lawsoniana 'Stardust' is a conical selection of the Lawson’s Cypress. It’s a compact, narrowly conical, evergreen, medium-sized, coniferous tree with a dense, feathery, pale green to yellowish-green, bronze-tipped foliage. Chamaecyparis lawsoniana 'Stardust' is low maintenance and hardy. Harsh winters don’t affect it much. It can tolerate almost any type of soil, as long as it is moist and well-drained, but prefers fertile, slightly acidic soils, in full sun. Very resilient and adaptable. It can withstand occasional drought, cold, heat and air pollution, but might need protection from harshest winds and winter sun. It doesn’t need pruning except when shaped to grow like a hedge. Foliage may cause skin irritation. Chamaecyparis lawsoniana 'Stardust' is great as a specimen plant, excellent for conifer beds, mixed borders, screens and hedging. Suitable for informal and cottage gardens and growing in cities since it is tolerant to urban conditions. It looks very impressive in late spring when new growth occurs.

About Us

During this time, we have developed a large stock of trees, mature evergreen shrubs, conifers, Japanese maples, cedars and olives. What sets us apart from a generic garden center is solid unwavering focus on trees and some bigger shrubs. You will find thousands of trees, hundreds of varieties and lots of experts who are working on the nursery and more than willing to help you to choose a plant for you.

What you will not find is hot tubs, garden furniture and plastic garden gnomes. In a nutshell, trees is what we know and trees is what we do, and only trees (and some shrubs to go with the trees).
