* Turn the room lights on. Dell monitors are not validated in a dark room. All monitors are inspected per industry standard, which is with 150lux ambient lighting (similar to typical office lighting) * Post pictures or video of the AW2518HF colored screens when running its stand alone Built-in Diagnostics, page 52
"As i understand right this cloud is acceptable?" I did not say this. Your testing is in error. Turn the room lights on and as per the AW2518HF User's Guide page 36, the Brightness and Contrast should be set to 75
Then, post pictures or video of the AW2518HF colored screens when running its stand alone Built-in Diagnostics, page 52.
I see nothing strange with ambient light on, but this is not an option. This is not office monitor so why i must use light to test it? I really hate AUO for such quality but i can do nothing about it. In future i will be trying to avoid buying monitor on AUO panel. Trying to hide defects with help of ambient light is horrible. I'm disagree with this kind of politics!
If purchased directly from Dell, you have 30 days from the Dell invoice date to return it for refund. If not purchased from Dell, contact the seller for their refund options.

You have the incorrect monitor for your Nvidia video card. Remove that Nvidia video card and install an AMD video card.
The $499 Alienware AW2518HF was designed for AMD FreeSync video cards.
The $699 Alienware AW2518H was designed for Nvidia G-SYNC video cards.

I'm only trying to say that what i seeing is horrible. There is no matter how i look for this with abient light or without it.
The panels from AU Optronics is garbage and this is last monitor wich i purchased on panel from AUO.
And all this clouding mess is become visible after two days of use!
