    The stunning 'Flamingo Willow', or Salix integra 'Hakuro-nishiki' to give it it's correct botanical name, produces a stunning spring and summer ritual, bursting forth from bare branches, often with catkins on, into a mass of amazing creamy pink variegated and tipped new shoots, set against white mottled and marbled leaves, keeping that lovely contrast all summer.

      Features and benefits

      • Striking spring tree with beautiful pink-leaves erupting into colour every year - fountains of colour.
      • The leaves are an amazing combination of green, cream and lovely powder pink - hence its common name 'Flamingo Willow' tree.
      • They are in a standard lollipop form - a clear stem with a ball of colour on top, skilfully grafted on. Perfect in a pot on the patio or as a feature plant in a bed, border or lawn
      • Totally hardy, the Flamingo Willow Salix Tree is a low maintenance plant that can add height to gardens, or in pairs in large pots for a more formal look. Prune back into shape in late autumn, if in a pot.
      • Supplied as an established plant in a 3L pot, approx. 80-90cm tall, shaped standard head. Eventual height and spread of 150cm x 140cm.
