The item arrived exactly when it was supposed-to, to the delight of my son, who I purchased the item for. The item was brand-new and in the original factory packaging, and was undamaged by the shipping process. Everything worked exactly as it was supposed-to and now, 3 weeks or so later, just (today) my son is still playing wit, and enjoying his new airsoft MP5. I understand this was not one of the "top of the line" models, but for the price, and at my son's age, it is working perfectly!
