Hi! I purchased a stand mixer that was described as stainless steel. It turned out to be plastic! I returned it. I had to pay all shipping cost coming and going! Out of a purchase that was $70 total, I received around $26 back. Needless to say, I am not happy! I don’t think I will be buying anything from this vender again. This is the first time I have had a problem that was not handled correctly to my satisfaction!

I am sorry that you are not happy with your transaction. The reason that you provided for the return was that "you just didn't like it" The Mixing bowl was indicated as Stainless Steel. I do allow returns in which the buyer pays return shipping.
