The term fan coil units refers to the terminals, also known as fan coils, used for home or office air conditioning, with the function of both heating and cooling. Thus, fan coils are a viable alternative to traditional radiators, radiators and electric radiant panels to ensure the right thermal comfort in all rooms of one's home or office. The latest models are all of the latest generation, low energy consumption and perfectly combinable with an external heat pump or, if the installation of the latter is not possible, also monoblock, easy to install and with a really low noise level.


Inside the innovatively designedcasing that constitutes the exterior of the fan coil unit are one or more coils that allow heat exchange between water from the heating system and the air emitted by the terminal, an air filter, a fan, and a tray to collect the condensation that forms on the coils during the heat exchange process:

  • The fan draws in the air in the room and pushes it first to the filter to purify it and then to the coils for heat exchange;
  • The air absorbs or gives up heat to the water in the heating system pipes, depending on whether the room is to be heated or cooled;
  • Once heated or cooled, the air is distributed throughout the room
