We build our tutus strictly based on measurements the clients provided and they usually fit perfectly. We do not accept returns as they are customized items. If you feel the tutu does not fit, it could be the measurements are not taken properly or the dancer's body changed. If none of the above reason, please provide fitting pictures taken from front, back and side and issue area for us. If it is really issues from our side, we can alter it for you and we split the shipping cost. If the customers want to alter themselves, we will refund up to 30% of the original price.
