Thanks for letting me know. uploadingthey are using the Etsy app they won't be able to download it. They need to use a computer or mobile device's browser to download files. In your Orders, "Delivered" indicates that the payment has been processed. Does the order also show the words "Downloaded"? On my main orders page I see "Downloaded" and "Not downloaded" with a light grey line around the words to the right of the Quantity for any downloadables.chart with the greater pixels. Also,
