M - F: 8am - 2pm (central time zone)
Weekends/Holidays - OFF

I try to respond as soon as I see a message within my business hours (usually with an hour). If you message me outside of my business hours, I will respond the next business day. Thanks for your understanding and patience :)

The most common "obstacle" I see is people having troubles opening a zip file (which is a group of ALL the files in one folder - Etsy won't allow us to upload .svg files, only in a .zip file).

You CANNOT open a .zip file in your design software. You must open the zip file and extract the files FIRST and then go to your software and open the file by itself.

To open a zipped file on a PC, double-click the zipped file to see its contents. When prompted, drag the files out of the window to the desired location or click Extract All. When you click Extract All, the files are unzipped in the same location as the original file unless you specify a different one in the Select a Destination window.

To decompress (unzip) a file or folder on a Mac.

If you have Basic Silhouette Studio software you will need to use DXF format files. Import DXF file by going to “File -> Import -> Import to Library…” in your Silhouette Studio, and then browse to DXF files location.

If you have Designer Edition Silhouette Studio software you will need to use SVG format files. Import SVG file by going to “File -> Import -> Import to Library…” in your Silhouette Studio, and then browse to SVG files location. You may need to select “SVG” in “Files of type” dropdown box.

As a general rule, since all of my items are digital, there are no refunds, except in 3 cases:

1). Incorrect file (not as shown in listing/display). In this case you may request the correct file be sent to your email (this is very rare, but human errors do happen :() or you may request a refund.

2). You have not downloaded the file(s). If the file shows that it's been downloaded, under any circumstances, it's not eligible for a refund.

3). Custom orders that have not yet been started. If I have started working on the design, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

All files can be used for small commercial use under the below circumstances:

- These files are to be used by YOU ONLY, to create PHYSICAL items (i.e: t-shirts, mugs, hats, wood signs, etc.) and/or DIGITAL items (cards, announcements, invitations etc.) for your personal or small commercial use only. If you sell on Etsy, please credit my shop with the following: Design created by: https://www.etsy.com/shop/svgsbylisa (if you do not wish to credit my shop, please convo me for "no credit" fee)
- You may not sell as a DIGITAL file as-is but may use CLIP ART as a PART of your overall design (50% or less of design)
- NO PRINT ON DEMAND (POD) USE IS ALLOWED (ie: CafePress, Zazzle, RedBubble, Amazon Merch, etc.)
