Set of four matt glazed ceramic ramekins from the prestigious French brand Emile Henry, renowned for its professional cookware.
They are caramel color on the outside and cream on the inside, with a well-defined ribbed pattern and slightly flared rim.
They are designed to be served direct to the table.
They have a diameter of 9cms (3.5 inches) and stand 5cms (2 inches) tall.
They are stamped with the Emile Henry insignia underneath.
In excellent vintage condition.
I also have Emile Henry ramekins in dark brown.

Emile Henry has been creating high-quality culinary ceramics since 1850. All products are designed and manufactured in France, in Marcigny, in the southern part of Burgundy. The craftsmanship, guarantee of quality and technical mastery have been transmitted from father to son for six generations.
