Her attempt to sashay through London's Heathrow Airport in a pair of black leather platform boots was curtailed when she wobbled, then ultimately ended up on her hands and knees, according to reports (and um, these kinda-impossible-not-to-giggle-at photos).

Although I can barely tell where here actual shoes end and her leather chaps begin, it looks like the latter may have gotten snagged underneath those heavy hoofers, and she's lucky that the only injury she suffered was to her poor aching ego.
