First thing I do is brush my teeth using Arm & Hammer Total Pro and my Philips Sonicare toothbrush – wouldn’t use anything else. I then get dressed in my walking gear and go to Richmond park with my dog and baby daughter for a five-mile walk.
My hair is only about an inch long so there’s not much need for brushing. I do have to bath and brush Dora the dog after our walk, however.
I never clean-shave. It’s so hard on your skin and I always prefer a little stubble. My facial hair length always changes, sometimes I will keep the shave very close and usually in winter I will have a lot more growth. I use a Remington beard and stubble trimmer – the one with the vacuum, otherwise all the bits of hair go everywhere, which drives me mad.
When I do have a lot of beard growth I use Majo Beard & Face Oil to condition the beard, but it can also be used over the entire face. It’s an ultra high-quality, organic, vegan product.
On my face in the mornings I use a SK-II Facial Treatment Essence and then a moisturiser. In the summer I use only one moisturiser with both an SPF and vitamin C. I also just discovered Medik8 Daily Radiance Vitamin C, which is great. In the winter I use Majo Face Food.
I don't wash and condition my hair everyday as that removes a lot of essential oils. I wash when I feel like there is too much of a build up of product. I use Aesop Nurturing Shampoo and then Aesop Classic Conditioner.
For hair styling I use Larry King’s new Hair Mist before I dry my hair. I then use a mixture of Larry King’s Velvet Texture Clay and A Social Life for Your Hair, which has just won numerous awards. They’re incredible products.
I always use a hairdryer and, off course, I would only ever use a Dyson hairdryer.
Until I met Larry King 12 years ago I had a nightmare with hairdressers. Larry is the next level and I guess that’s why many of the most famous people in the world go to his salon, and why he has styled my hair on virtually every shoot I have ever been on. Larry cuts and styles a person’s hair in a way that looks great immediately, and even when it grows a lot it still continues to look good.
Before some shoots and films I get a spray tan. I go to James Harknett. I stay away from fake tans from a bottle, as you usually just end up looking like Donald Trump. In my opinion, James gives you a natural healthy glowing tan. He’s the best in the business.
A couple of times a week I use Lancer The Method: Polish face scrub followed by Lancer Lift Serum Intense. Also, I’m obsessed with quality, amazing smelling handwash and hand balm, especially as my hands take a beating at the gym. I only ever have Aesop Resurrection handwash and balm.
As I go to the gym in the evenings I have a shower before I go to bed and will only use Kiehl’s Coriander Body Cleanser. Before bed I always then use a Lancer face Serum or if I know my skin needs to look extra fresh in the morning, I’ll use Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Concentrate. Followed always by Shiseido Total Revitalizer Cream.
