'Bob felt he could occasionally have sex with other women, then rush home and want to tell me about it'

Bob Carlos Clarke didn't want to become old and decrepit, he told his wife Lindsey. She tells Barry Egan about life with the famed Cork photographer who died at 55

Bob Carlos Clarke and his girlfriend Lindsey made an agreement when they first started officially dating in 1978. "We decided we would kill ourselves in a love pact when we looked too old and decrepit," she recalls. It was only partly a joke.

Every week, Bob would take a photograph of them both naked in front of the big mirror in their white kitchen in London. "His plan was to make a flicker book of us both ageing."
