You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions must run for 3 months before cancellation. Any subscription canceled before the 3 month time period will show as “pending cancellation” until the 3 months are up… customers will still be charged during this time period.

Exchanges

If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

What States Have Legalized Delta 8 THC?

On the federal level, delta-8 THC is legal. The 2018 Farm Bill makes all hemp and hemp compounds legal. Still, some people believe that Delta-8 is a controlled substance. Fifteen states have explicitly banned its use. These states are Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, and Vermont.

Additionally, delta-8 THC is regulated in California, Connecticut, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, South Dakota, and Washington.
