    Getting Started Set up Step 1: Activation If you receive your SIM card via courier, call 1800 555 050 to activate your service. Our lines are open: Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday: 9am to 5.30pm Wednesday: 10am to 5.30pm Step 2: Insert the SIM card Caution: When inserting or removing the SIM card, you must disconnect the power adaptor from the device.
