Gisele Bundchen is currently on a journey of self-improvement, as revealed during a recent Q&A session with fans on her Instagram Stories.
The 43-year-old supermodel, who was married to ex-husband Tom Brady, opened up about her favorite mantra, emphasizing the significance of not taking things personally.
In a video message, Bundchen shared her thoughts.
"I have so many [mantras], but I think at this moment, I like, 'Don't take things personally.' That's the one I'm working on, I'm focusing on at this moment," Bundchen stated.
This disclosure comes approximately a month after the 46-year-old former football star posted a cryptic message on social media quoting the late Muhammad Ali.
The quote centered on the idea that a person's character, thoughts, deeds, and actions are all reflections of their heart. Ali conveyed that a lying and cheating heart equates to a dishonest and unfaithful person, while a loving and merciful heart signifies a compassionate individual.

Brady added his own commentary to the post: "Be Proud of the Man in the Glass!"
The context behind the quarterback's message remained unclear, but it surfaced just over a year after his divorce from Bundchen following 13 years of marriage. Reports suggested that the couple had a significant disagreement when Brady announced his return to football for the 2022-2023 season.
Bündchen clarified later that Brady's career choice was not a factor in their separation.
In an interview with Vanity Fair in March 2023, she expressed her desire for Brady's happiness and success.
"If there's one person I want to be the happiest in the world, it's him, believe me. I want him to achieve and to conquer. I want all his dreams to come true," she told Vanity Fair.
