Erratum
In the April 2007 issue, the following text in the legend of Figure 1 was printed incorrectly: “Figure 1 Photographs of the patient's face. (A) The patient's face at presentation to a rheumatology department with her glasses on. (B) The patient's face at presentation to a rheumatology department with her glasses off. (C) The patient's face 1 month after switching to plastic eyeglass frames.”
