THE POWER OF NATURE IN SOUTHERN BRAZIL

Day 1.
Arrival Foz do Iguaçu.

Arrival in Foz and transfer to our Hotel San Martin, just at the entrance of the Brazilian site of the falls. Check-in and lunch. After our midday break we will visit the hummingbird garden, a private garden with feeders where it is possible to see various species of hummingbirds such as the Black Jacobin, Scale throated hermit and Violet-capped Woodnymph. Dinner and Overnight. (L,D).

Day 2.
Full day at Iguazu Fall at the Brazilian site.

After our early breakfast we enter the National Park of Iguazu at the Brazilian site. This morning we go birding on the Poço Preto trail. Lunch in the park. A􀆜er lunch we visit the falls at  the Brazilian site. (B,L,D)


Day 3.
Full day at the Iguazu Falls at the Argentinean site.

After the early breakfast, we leave the hotel to start another exciting day at the National Park. We will use the walkways in the falls area to increase our possibilities of seeing forest birds such as the Spot-Billed Tucanet, Green-headed Tanager, Saffron Tucanet, to mention but a few. At the “Devil's Throat”, perhaps the most impressive side of the falls, we will have Great Dusky-Swifts flying overhead, sometimes by the thousands.(B,L,D).

Day 4.
Foz de Iguaçu airport. 
Breakfast and check-out. Transfer to airport in time for our departure flight at Foz do Iguaçu airport.
