The CapTel 2400iBT Captioned Phone gives users with hard of hearing back the ability to communicate over the phone with clear, accurate captioning and high quality amplification. The standard phone design incorporates a large, colorful touchscreen display that shows word-for-word captions of each phone conversation. Dial by picture capability and built-in answering machine make this phone easy to use and bring the joy back to talking on the phone.

This phone offers the convenience of captions with the ability to turn the captions on or off at any time. They appear automatically at the start of every conversation with no need to call through a captioning service. Pairs with and sends the conversation directly to Bluetooth-enabled hearing aids or cochlear implants and is also compatible with bluetooth enabled neckloops to send the conversation directly to any t-coil enabled hearing aid.

The CapTel 2400iBT offers English and Spanish captioning capabilities and features a built-in answering machine as well as a dual touchscreen and manual button dialing system to better accommodate a range of users.

Answer: Yes! You can have up to two CapTel phones per person with hearing loss, per address. This means you can have two CapTel phones in your home, using the same phone number. You can use different phone jacks in the house.
