Rosie Huntington-Whiteley reveals how eating NOTHING after 4pm is the secret to her supermodel figure

SHE'S one of the most famous supermodels in the world - so it's hardly surprising that Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has a strict diet and exercise regime when it comes to maintaining her envy-inducing figure.

That said, the mum-of-one has opened up about her very unusual eating habits which she relies on to keep herself catwalk-ready - including fasting from 4pm onwards.

In an interview with The Sunday Times Style magazine, Rosie - who is married to Hollywood actor Jason Statham - revealed she swears by intermittent fasting.

Explaining how she eats all her food for the day during an "eight-to-10 hour window", Rosie, 32, said: "I'll have a matcha tea with oat milk at 8am - that's the most LA thing about me.

The mum-of-one - who welcomed son Jack in December 2017 - added: "Then I try to finish eating between 4pm and 6pm. It gives my body a chance to digest everything."

Intermittent fasting has grown in popularity in recent years as a result of the success of the 5:2 diet - where people wanting to lose weight can eat normally for five days a week and then consume just 500 calories the other two days.

Alternatively, intermittent fasting can also involve going 14, 16, or 18 hours a day without food - which encourages your body to use its fat resources when there is no energy from food in the digestive system.

However, Rosie says she tries not to let this diet choice ruin her social life and adapts her eight hour window to her plans that day.

She added: "Of course, if I'm going out for dinner, I shift it to later. I'm flexible. You've got to live."

Naturally, the star also follows a strict fitness routine and Rosie previously told Women's Health that she's in the gym doing yoga, Pilates or cardio at 9am on her days off.

She said: "I'm always active - my mum was an aerobics instructor when I was young and she was always encouraging my siblings and me to be sporty.

"Despite the fact I have to keep fit for my career, I'm one of those people who genuinely loves exercise - what I do just depends on my mood or schedule."

In more celebrity news, The Queen once told off a young Princess Eugenie for standing on her foot - a resurfaced video shows.

And Meghan Markle's mum Doria Ragland has said her daughter is "strong" and will "always be okay".

Plus "normal" Prince Harry was spotted "laughing and joking" at a relaxed pub dinner in West London with his mates.
