She graduated from acting school in 2021 and appeared in BBC crime drama Silent Witness.

Speaking about her new career, Charlotte said: “When I did the Keith Lemon film it really gave me a taste for acting. And then during the lockdown I finally did an acting course.

“I studied method acting and really enjoyed it. I worked really hard and got so much out of it. And I’ve now got an agent for my acting stuff.

“It’s something I always wanted to do when I was younger so to now be doing this is amazing. I’m really excited to be doing something new.

“Because I’m a bit older, I was quite nervous about going into acting. I didn’t know if there would be many opportunities for older ladies. But there are. I was quite surprised.

“This could be a mid-life crisis, but it’s something I’ve always wanted to do so I’m going for it.”

Charlotte met former Fulham manager Coleman in 2012 and they were engaged a year later.

In 2014 Charlotte gave birth to their first child Finley, eight, while his sister Indie was born in 2016.

She is also step-mum to four of Coleman's children from a previous marriage - Sonny, 30, Christy, 28, Faraday, 24, and Georgie, 22.

Charlotte is also a golf fanatic and actually met her husband after he won a celebrity golf event in Portugal.

Earlier this month the former presenter found herself in the news after being spooked while out walking her dog.
