KELLY Brook says she's got a new lease of life since becoming a Mrs.

The 44-year-old married her Italian model boyfriend Jeremy Parisi, 37, in a low-key ceremony in Arpino, Italy, last year.

She lost two stone ahead of the big day - and has since laughed off the cliche idea of "letting yourself go" in marriage.

"I think everything's ramped up again since the wedding," insists former Page 3 pin-up Kelly, in an exclusive interview with The Sun.

"Everyone's got their own individual reasons for why they want to look and feel healthy and fit.

"I lost two stone on SlimFast and I'm now on a maintenance journey. It's about feeling the best I possibly can.

"I want to be getting up early, taking the dog for a walk and feel healthy and fit jumping out of bed rather than lethargic."

Heart Radio host Kelly is working on an exciting project alongside her husband, with hopes of turning it into a TV show to rival Jeremy Clarkson's Farm.

The pair have already filmed scenes out in Italy on her husband's olive oil farm - and Kelly is focused on her summer body.

"It's very hot out there in Italy, so I want to be in my little shorts, tops and dresses and want to feel good about myself," Kelly said.

"It's long filming days, so I'll be on my feet rather than sat in the studio on the radio.

"You want to feel the fittest and healthiest version of yourself for your work and your partner. If I feel good, I'm always going to be in a better mood."

She added: "I remember when I first started on Heart I was living out in the countryside with Jeremy, spending all of our days together, and I felt quite sad that I had got a proper job and would be out the house six days a week.

"It was a lot to adjust to and now I'm really looking forward going back to spending more time with my husband, being more available and having a project together.

In between spending time with her husband, Kelly is working alongside Big Narstie on a new podcast.

"He's my favourite person in the world," said Kelly. "If I can work with him and be with him more, it's the best thing."

The SlimFast ambassadors' new wellness podcast takes listeners on their health journeys and offers help tips for weight loss.

Katie added: "You don’t have to set yourself big goals. I’m winning every day from the time I start to fuel myself right. I’ll often take a SlimFast shake into work for an on-the-go lunch and it’s a great way to perk myself up.

"If I’m at home, sometimes I blend it with a banana for breakfast. It’s never been about achieving a certain size. It’s about feeling healthy and fuelling my body in a way that’s right for me.”

Big Narstie fell ill after collapsing whilst filming Celebrity Bake Off.

He was told that if he didn't lose weight he wouldn't be around to see his kids grow up.

“If there’s one thing my health scare taught me it’s that health really is wealth and the importance of celebrating your best self," he said.

"Since starting my journey seven years ago I’ve gone from a 5XL to a 2XL top.
