My holiday wish came true. Kim Jong-il, leader of the Twitter Legion of Doom, has emerged from semi-retirement for an exclusive interview with Danger Room. We were supposed to talk about his plans in 2010 to end the American hegemony of the global snack market, but things didn't quite work out as planned.
That's okay. Kim is also sending some festive greetings to his fellow dictator-tweeters and fans. To M_Ahmadinejad: "PLEASE tell me you didn't regift my X-mas gift. It was 'Yellowcake,' not 'fruit cake.' Who got it? U need 2 get it back ASAP." And to IveeGee, a clarification: "Actually no celebrating Xmas here, just a trading of denunciations, like gifts. Do you want one?"
And don't worry, KJI, Danger Room pinky-swears: We'll be there for the mass games next summer. See you in 2010 Juche 99!
