I dropped this phone multiple times, the most recent was from 5.4 ft tall fridge down to floor tiles and my screen is still crack-free (let's not talk about the frame and back). Screen is still bright, no dead pixels, no green line. My only issue was the charging port, which I replaced myself only costing less than 10 USD.

Bought the phone in Q2 2021. Broke the screen last year, got a replacement for around $15.
This is one of the worst decision i made, 4/64 just simply didn't cut it 3 years later. SD 680 is still good for low resolution gaming, demanding titles such as genshin will do around 20-30 fps.
Camera was so-so, the stereo speaker on the other hand still stand the test of time.
Bought a new phone early this year due to storage constraint and used the redmi note 10 as a secondary AND A VERY GOOD REMOTE for many electronic appliances.
All in all, if given the choice around the same time I'll choose the vanilla redmi 10/redmi 10 5G or go for the redmi note 10 pro.

you also dont spray stuff directly onto the phone, you spray it onto the cloth/whatever you wipe your phone with

30 on the day it happened hence was the cause
!
this is the reason as to why i am getting another phone
and this time it might be the infinix note 40 but actually
im willing to wait fo the infinix note50as i can see more
improve ment s such as an ultra wide camera this time
!

i have seen redmi note 10 and its superb in everything, way better than note 11 in camera and speakers, i doubt if redmi note 13 would be better

I have had the phone for 2 years, and it is my personal feedback based on my experience.
I am an MS 365 user and I don't play games. I have used the phone for Outlook, Team chat, heavy browsing and it didn't do well. I have not used the phone for games. Playing pubG alone doesn.t mean that the chipset is capable in other scenarios.
So to summarize - the SD 678 is far behind Dimensity 900 used in the Oppo Reno6 5G, which I bought as a replacement after i was frustrated with the Redmi Note 10 taking up to 10 sec to open an Outlook email.
So in other words, no I am not assuming, I had both phones for a while and I did a comparison and this is my true review.

Just because you personally assumed that it's unable to open the Outlook app it's already a problem with the phone that comes with a bad chipset? Haven't you thought of the problem might be the Outlook app itself?
It can play some popular games in decent graphics like Genshin Impact. Let me remind you that game is graphic intensive and power hungry. Just imagine a phone can run a heavy game but can't open a mere Outlook app, that's laughable. I suggest don't just look at the tip of the iceberg but look deeper. Stop assuming so quickly pal.

Good screen, and sound, fits well in the hand. Shitty chipset, cant handle Outlook - takes forever to open an email. Dumped it for an Oppo Reno6 5G. Never looked back.
Dimensity 900 is quite a different story.

This phone for some reason is much faster than its 3 succesor, its very good but i wished they released more ram variant in my country n i also wish it was available for longer time bcs this phone is on sale not even for above eight months or smth 😭 chip crisis is really real

i have had a really bad experience with redmi note 10 pro max and never in my entire life i will buy or suggest any phone of xiaomi...my phone its been three years.. firstly it had camera issues and i had to change my motherboard and again now it has a cpu problem i have fixed it two times and my phone is dead again ....how much to repair..thank you xiaomi ....

I have had this phone for 3 years, the one with 4 GB ram. The display was very nice the colors were vibrant. The charging speed was great too it came in clutch I recommend not to update it because it will become sluggish. My main problem is the charging port always breaks 3 times and I need to buy one.

Based from my experience, they only released a one time software update and they never did it again. It's a nightmare. Just imagine a song line from Taylor Swift "We are never, ever, ever getting back together! We are never, ever, ever getting back together! Lol.
