Yellow-bellied Greenbul (Chlorocichla flaviventris)

The reddish-brown eye and broken eyering are diagnostic. This would be the race "C. f. occidentalis" which is brighter overall. Greenbuls are in the Bulbul family (Pycnonotidae).
