    I needed an opening mechanism for a downward cabinet door. This mechanism was the only one that I found that would work in my situation. Installation was pretty straight forward. You do need to download the manual from manufacturer to figure out where to drill holes for mounting. The tension is adjustable. Soft close and soft open works extremely well.

    I needed a special hinge for a cabinet door that opens downward. This hinge was easy to install, looks great with excellent workmanship. The only issue is that I wish it can be adjusted a bit more than a few millimeters. Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase.

    Replacement part was a good fit except the door holes did not line up. The plastic anchor needed to be trimmed nearly flat and two new holes drilled to accept the hinge.
