I love the cyberpunk atmosphere and the decadent postmodern cities "inspired" by Ridley Scott's movie, but somehow also anticipating the Matrix. Maybe for the American Sci-fi fans it's not the best, but considering it's a low-budget Italian Sci-fi, than I must say I really liked it.
